NCAA’s Historic Decision, David Haugh Interview (Sports Talk Chicago / WCKG 5-1-20)
On today’s show, I detail the NCAA’s historic decision that allows athletes to profit off of their name and likeness beginning during the 2021-2022 academic year. This is a ruling that is long overdue, and it finally gives college athletes the freedom that they deserve. I also caught up with David Haugh, NBC Sports Chicago contributor and host of Mully and Haugh on 670 the Score. We discussed the Blackhawks’ firing of John McDonough, recapped the Bears’ draft haul, analyzed the Bulls’ hiring of Arturas Karnisovas, and touched on his amazing career in sports media!
