The MLB’s Math Doesn’t Add Up, Jon Anik Interview (Sports Talk Chicago / WCKG 6-11-20)

Jon Zaghloul

On today’s show, I examine the MLB’s latest path to resumption, and how the different offers proposed by the owners actually end up paying players the same amount of money. I also catch up with Jon Anik, lead voice of the UFC on ESPN and host of The Anik and Florian Podcast! We recapped UFC 250, and discussed whether Amanda Nunes should be considered one of the greatest mixed martial arts fighters of all-time. We also took a look at Conor McGregor’s retirement, and what it means for his career moving forward. Later in the show, Jon reflects on his amazing sports media career, and even reveals the story behind losing a bet, which forced him to get a “209” tattoo!
